Shipping & Returns

We only ship through UPS.  Our local branch knows us and works with us to make sure our pieces are packaged and handled the way a piece of Art Glass should be.  There is a cost to shipping glass. Anticipate that shipping will cost between $50-$65 for a medium sized work (like our Diamonds and Moderns) and $65-$100 for a larger work (like our Quilt Patterns and Prairies).

 

We insure all of our pieces.  We have never had a piece arrive with so much a s a tiny crack, so we feel confident in our UPS managers skills, but if there ever was a problem, the insurance will cover the cost for us to make a repair.
